The Host of the Warwick Weekly Giveaway is the company Warwick GmbH & Co Music Equipment KG.
The Giveaway starts on Wednesday, January 2nd and ends on Wednesday, January 9th according to Central European Time.
Participants have the chance to win 10 sets of Warwick Blue Label Strings together with a Framus baseball cap and a Framus keychain. The winner is drawn by means of a drawing lots procedure and will be contacted by e-mail on Wednesday, January 9th 2012. Cash substitution is not permitted. The winner must respond to our notification within 2 weeks, otherwise she or he will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn. The winner can choose a single string gauge which applies to all ten sets of strings. The following gauges are available: Light: (.009” / .042”), Custom Light (.009” / .046”), Regular (.010” / .046”) and Heavy (.011” / .050”).
Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and not contingent upon the purchase of products sold by Warwick GmbH & Co Music Equipment KG.
Any recourse to courts of the law is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
The participation in the giveaway is allowed solely via the application “Framus Weekly Giveaway" on Facebook.
Violations of the Participation conditions specified, invalid submissions regarding the participant's identity, multiple submissions, entries submitted by a third party and/or tampering with the submission process will result in the respective participant's disqualification by Warwick GmbH & Co Music Equipment KG.
