Entry into this Drawing constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.

WHO MAY ENTER: This Drawing is only open to residents of the United States over the age of 18. You may not participate if you are not a U.S. resident and physically located within the U.S. Individuals employed by CPFilms Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent companies and their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or judges (collectively "Sponsor Parties") at the time of the Drawing, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: To be entered in the Drawing, provide all of the information requested when you click on the applicable link on the Gila® Facebook page or website no later than 5pm CST on January 10, 2013. Mail-in entries are not permitted. Limit one entry per person or household or email address. Multiple entries will disqualify all entries submitted. All entries must be completed in their entirety to be declared a valid entry. All winners must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules in order to qualify for a prize. By participating in this Drawing, entrants agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor Parties and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees, from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, 1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein; or 2) participation in the Drawing or any prize related activities, including but not limited to traveling to or from any prize related activity.

By entering the Drawing, the entrant consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, photograph and/or likeness, address, email address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and Internet), for all legitimate business purposes including advertising, marketing, public relations and promotional activities, without additional compensation therefor, unless prohibited by law. Entrant shall be responsible for any and all federal and state income taxes associated with prizes won by such entrant.

ODDS OF WINNING: The actual odds of winning will depend upon the actual number of entries received for this Drawing.

PRIZES AND HOW THEY WILL BE AWARDED:

There will be One (1) Winner of a $1,000 USD Visa credit card from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be announced promptly after the drawing on the Gila Facebook Page.

The prize recipient must complete, sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, where permitted by law, at the time of prize notification, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Decisions of judges are final. Sponsor reserves the right to make reasonable prize substitutions in its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor shall only be responsible for awarding the prizes as stated in these rules. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of any prize awarded. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. In the event of any error or mistake in the operation of the Drawing or notification of winners, the Drawing judge has discretion to determine how the error or mistake will be corrected.

Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner will be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her prize. Any unclaimed prize will be awarded in a random drawing to be held as necessary. In the event there is a dispute of the entrant’s identity, the prize will be awarded to the registered owner of the email account used to enter.

MISCELLANEOUS CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding with respect to all issues relating to this Drawing. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have complied with all of the conditions contained in the Official Rules. WINNERS LIST: The names of the winners can be found on the Gila Facebook page and website approximately 5 business days after the winner is confirmed.

DAMAGES WAIVER AND CHOICE OF LAW: Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants, by submitting an entry, waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to Missouri conflict of law principles.
