This Escrow.com Contest is open to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Each Contestant shall earn one entry into the Contest upon completing the entry form located on/within the Escrow.com Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/EscrowService). Each Contestant may earn one additional entry if they elect to “share” the Contest information with their Facebook “friends.”
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any information submitted as part of this Contest is provided solely to Escrow.com Inc., and not to Facebook.
Contest Period
The Contest begins on January 4, 2013, and Ends at Midnight on January 13, 2013 (The Contest Period). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.
Prize(s) / Odds of Winning
On or about January 14, 2013, The Sponsor (Escrow.com) will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email, on or about January 14, 2013.
ALL ENTRANTS HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ASSIGNEES AND THE ADVERTISING, DIRECT MARKETING, RESEARCH AND PROMOTIONS AGENCIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND ALL EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDER’S AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OR ANY CLAIMS, INJURIES, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST, THE USE OF ANY ENTRY, OR THE ACCEPTANCE OF OR USE OF ANY PRIZE WON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY OR RIGHT OF PUBLICITY. NEITHER SPONSOR NOR ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATED COMPANIES SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, OPPORTUNITY OR GOODWILL. THE SOLE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF SPONSOR SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE PRIZES SET FORTH HEREIN.

Upon accepting a prize each winner automatically, and without any further writing or acknowledgement, grants Sponsor the right to use, publish, and broadcast his/her name and the name in all media and types of advertising and promotions worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter developed, including, but not limited to, the Internet and its successors without further compensation and, at the request of Sponsor, shall provide written consent to any such use.
Right to Cancel or Suspend Contest
If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, phone line failure, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tampers with the entry process, and /or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest.
