1. Promotion Description: The Bloomingdale's Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away 3D Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on November 13, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 2, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock for the purposes of the Sweepstakes and all times (as hereinafter defined) refer to ET.

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C.") who are physically located and residing therein and who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Entrants must also have either a valid social security number and/or a valid U.S. personal tax identification number. Officers, directors, employees or agents of Bloomingdale's ("Sponsor"), Paramount Pictures Corporation ("Paramount"), Cirque du Soleil Burlesco, LLC., Cirque du Soleil Inc. and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, Sweepstakes administrator, their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and those involved in the production, development and handling of the Sweepstakes, their respective agents, retailers, prize suppliers, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as the "Sweepstakes Entities") and members of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether related or not, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Paramount is not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Sweepstakes or the selection of winners.

3. How to Enter: To enter this Sweepstakes, access the Sweepstakes web site located at www.Bloomingdales.com/WorldsAway3D ("Web Site"), select the Sweepstakes "Enter Now" button and then complete and submit the entry form ("Entry Form"). Information required on the Entry Form provided on the Web Site (the "Entry Information") consists of entrant's complete first and last name, street address (no PO Boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number (including area code), date of birth and e-mail address. Once the Entry Form is completed in full and submitted, entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes ("Entry"). Entries must be received by January 2, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address/per day during the Sweepstakes Period. By submitting an Entry Form, entrants confirm the accuracy and veracity of their statements and information contained therein. Entries in excess of the stated limit will be disqualified. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Any attempted form of Entry other than as described herein is void. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or by any other methods, including but not limited to commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Once an email address has been entered by an entrant, that email address cannot be used by any other person at the Web Site. Only the entrant registered under a particular email address on the Web Site may participate in the Sweepstakes. Proof of delivery or receipt of an Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of Entry. Any attempted form of Entry other than as described herein is void. Final eligibility for the award of the prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. THE WEB SITE MAY NOT BE ACCESSIBLE FROM ALL MOBILE PHONES, HANDHELD DEVICES AND/OR TABLETS. IF AN ENTRANT EXPERIENCES ANY ISSUES ENTERING, HE/SHE SHOULD ACCESS THE WEB SITE AND ENTER FROM A DESKTOP OR LAPTOP COMPUTER. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate Entry Information whether caused by internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Entries. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of the Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects.

4. Prize and Odds of Winning: One (1) Grand Prize is available. One (1) grand prize winner will receive a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada for five (5) days/four (4) nights for the grand prize winner and one (1) adult guest who is 21 years of age or older. Trip includes roundtrip coach class air transportation for grand prize winner and guest from a major commercial airport near grand prize winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas; standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for four (4) nights (actual hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and tickets for winner and guest to attend four (4) Cirque du Soleil� Shows ("Show Admission") during the trip (actual Cirque du Soleil Shows to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to production schedules, exigencies and ticket availability) ("Grand Prize"). The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $3,540. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route in its sole discretion. If the winner lives within 100 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada, air transportation will not be provided but ground transportation (or alternative transportation) may be arranged in Sponsor's sole discretion. Grand Prize travel must be completed within one (1) year of verification of winning, or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. All Grand Prize components must be partaken during the trip. If the Show Admission and/or any other prize component is cancelled or postponed, or is not available during the time of the trip for whatever reason (e.g., weather conditions, event cancellations, etc.), the Show Admission and/or any other prize component portion of the Grand Prize (as applicable) will be forfeited and no additional or substitute compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for the Grand Prize (or prize component), except that Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute the Grand Prize or prize component of equal or greater value due to Grand Prize unavailability for any reason. Show Admission tickets are non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and must present valid government issued ID in order to partake in the Grand Prize and meet any other travel requirements of the airline and/or hotel (in Sponsor's sole discretion). Winner and/or his/her guest must have/present at least one major credit card in good standing in order to check into the hotel. Grand Prize and prize components cannot be combined/exchanged with any other offer. If the winner elects to take the trip without a travel guest, the components of the Grand Prize will be awarded in increments/quantities suitable for the actual number of travelers and the winner will not receive any compensation or substitute/alternate Grand Prize or prize component for same. No extension or change of travel dates are permitted once the travel dates have been confirmed or booked by the Sponsor. Once air travel tickets are issued, they are non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-transferable. Grand Prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which will be stated in the Affidavit/Release (described below) and/or other travel documents. Once travel has been confirmed, any cancellation, change fees or restructuring of the trip are the sole responsibility and expense of the winner. Additional Grand Prize restrictions/conditions may apply. Grand Prize is subject to air/ground travel availability, hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates (including but not limited to Christmas, New Year's, Labor Day Weekend and President's Day), season restrictions and all other Grand Prize and travel restrictions, as applicable. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. All expenses associated with the receipt or use of the Grand Prize not specifically mentioned as being included (e.g., any requested upgrades), are excluded and are the winner's sole responsibility including, but not limited to: taxes, unspecified air transfers, government fees, ground transportation, meals, tips, gratuities, hotel incidentals, excursions, tours, laundry service, local and long distance telephone calls or other communications, mobile phone roaming fees, internet or wireless services, souvenirs, gift shop purchases, spa services, travel documents, service charges, travel insurance premiums, baggage fees, or transportation between winner's residence and the departure airport and other personal expenses. Grand Prize notification, documentation, tickets and trip itinerary will be shipped to U.S. addresses only. All federal, state and/or other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will receive a 1099 form from the Sponsor for the total Grand Prize ARV (as stated herein) for the 2012 calendar year. Any depiction of the Grand Prize or prize components, in Sweepstakes materials or otherwise, is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Drawing and Notification of Winner: A potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about January 16, 2013 ("Drawing Date"). The drawing will be conducted by the Sweepstakes administrator in Burbank, CA, an independent compliance organization whose decisions are final and binding. Potential winner will be notified by telephone (using the contact information provided on the Entry Form) within one (1) week of the Drawing Date. If the potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, he/she is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules and/or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. General Conditions and Disclaimers: This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws (collectively "Rules and Laws"). By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, whose decisions are binding and final in all respects. Winner will be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return an original unmodified Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release and any other documentation that the Sweepstakes administrator and/or Sponsor may require (collectively "Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days after receipt, or potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner's guest will be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return a Liability Release and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release ("Guest Release") and any other documentation that Sponsor requires within five (5) days after receipt by potential winner. Travel documents will not be released until winner and guest complete such documentation. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, winner attests to the authenticity of his/her winning Sweepstakes Entry and to the provisions stated therein including compliance with these Official Rules. Failure of the potential winner to timely return a fully executed Affidavit/Release, shall result in the potential winner's forfeiture of the Grand Prize, and may result, at Sponsor's sole discretion, in the selection of an alternate Grand Prize winner. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for multiple Entries, Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanics) or that are late, illegible, destroyed, incomplete, lost, misdirected, forged, damaged, mutilated, tampered with or Sweepstakes Entries that are otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules (whether due to the fault of the entrant, Sponsor, or any other Sweepstakes Entity), and all such Sweepstakes Entries will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry Information or if the Web Site becomes corrupted. If, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, Sponsor in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion(s) thereof and conduct the drawing from among all salvageable, non-suspect, eligible Sweepstakes Entries received, if any, in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor. Any person attempting to defraud Sweepstakes Entities or tamper with the Sweepstakes in any way will be prosecuted to the full extent permitted by law and will not be eligible for the Grand Prize. Once submitted, Sweepstakes Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Except where prohibited by law and Sponsor's Privacy Policy located at https://customerservice.bloomingdales.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/357/c/34, Entry and/or winner's acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use, without notice or further compensation, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on the Web Site, winner's name, city, state, likeness, voice, photo(s), biographical information and statements made by the winner for purposes of advertising, trade, promotion and publicity. The Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of such Entries however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to entrant or any third parties. Except as set forth herein, the privacy policy for any Sweepstakes Entity participating in an opt-in will be accessible from the Sweepstakes Web Site. Opting in to receive communications does not improve one's chances of winning the Grand Prize. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from use of any submitted Sweepstakes Entry or participation in this Sweepstakes. In case of a dispute over the identity of the entrant who submitted a winning Entry (if applicable), the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that Entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Said entrant must comply with these Official Rules and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible. By entering, entrants agree to comply with the Web Site Terms of Use located at https://customerservice.bloomingdales.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/356/?cm_sp=NAVIGATION-_-BOTTOM_LINKS-_-TERMS_OF_USE. Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be shared with Sponsor and may be shared with Sponsor's and/or Cirque du Soleil promotional partners if and to the extent entrants agree at the time of Entry, and in such event, such promotional partners will use such information in accordance with their own independent privacy practices. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, information collection in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

7. Release From Liability of Sweepstakes Entities: By participating, entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with this Sweepstakes (including, but not limited to, misprinted or typographical errors on the Web Site or other Sweepstakes promotional materials), including participation, acceptance/possession and/or use or misuse, and/or defects of the Grand Prize awarded herein, even if caused by the negligence of the Sweepstakes Entities. Entrants further acknowledge that said Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, including without limitation Sponsor, against any and all liability, damages, costs, attorneys fees, etc. incurred with regard to any claim by any person(s) in connection with any and all of the rights and benefits conferred by entrant upon the Sweepstakes Entities in these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for unauthorized intervention, online traffic/congestion, or any technical or mechanical malfunctions of the telephone network, internet browsers, computer online system, computer equipment, mobile phone/hand-held device/tablet malfunctions and/or compatibility, software, interruption or inability to access or utilize the assets/tools designated for this Sweepstakes on the Web Site for any reason or any combination thereof and/or cancellations and/or delays or any change by the air carrier(s), lodging facilities, or other company or any other persons providing any of components of the Grand Prize for the winner and his/her guest due to reasons beyond Sponsor's and/or Sweepstakes Entities control. Entrants further agree that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer and/or its contents, related to or resulting from any part of this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of a prize supplier or any of its agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of Sweepstakes Entities, or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sweepstakes Entities. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity arising out of or relating to the Grand Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes, even if caused by the negligence of Sweepstakes Entities. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

8. Governing Law/Jurisdiction. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS. Entrants agree that the state and federal courts within the county and state of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute as may arise hereunder. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in New York County, in the State of New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but shall in no event include attorneys' fees or other costs; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation, lost profits, may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"); and (4) each entrant further expressly hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. The Foregoing shall apply in respect of all matters not resolved by Sponsor; provided that all decisions in respect of these Official Rules, the administration of the Sweepstakes and the awarding of the Prize shall be determined by Sponsor, whose determinations with respect thereto shall be final.

Box 6375 , Burbank, CA 90510. All requests must be received by March 1, 2013.
