Eligibility and how to enter the Murray’s Cheese New York City Eataway Sweepstakes
1. The Sweepstakes are sponsored by Murray’s Cheese, 254 Bleecker Street, New York, NY 10014 (the “Sponsor”).
2. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes or to win a prize. A purchase will not improve or affect the chances of winning. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state, and local regulations. Taxes on prize, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winner.
3. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Strutta.com or Kroger.com.
4. The Sweepstakes opens on December 1, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Opening Date”) at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and closes on January 1, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”) at 03:00:00 AM EST, (the “Sweepstakes Period”)
5. The Sweepstakes Period runs from the Sweepstakes Opening Date to the Sweepstakes Closing Date.
6. All Sweepstakes entries must be received on or before the Sweepstakes Closing Date.
7. To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and/or to win a prize, an entrant must be a legal U.S. resident of the contiguous United States (except AK and HI) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and the immediate families of employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and employees and the immediate families of their wholesale distributors, advertising and promotion agencies are ineligible.
8. In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, eligible entrants can enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by completing the in-store Sweepstakes registration form available at the participating Murray’s in Kroger location or online at www.murrayscheese.com/fonduenation (the “Web Site”).
In-store ballots can be submitted at any of the 70 Murray’s cheese counters or mailed to:

Mailed ballots must be postmarked by December 31, 2012.

All eligible entries will be entered into the draws for the Grand Prize and will also be entered in the drawing for the runner-up prizes.

9. Each Entrant will be required to provide their first & last name, email address, city/state/zipcode, and birthday month/year. All entries must be received by Sweepstakes Closing Date. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry (excluding Bonus Entry). Earn one (1) BONUS entry by referring a friend or by sharing via one of the social media options (Facebook, Twitter, or Email), when your referred friend enters the Sweepstakes. The referred friend must be entered at the time of entry. If, for any reason connected to the Sweepstakes, the identity of the holder of an email is disputed, entry will be deemed made by the natural person who is assigned to the email address.
10. By entering the Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees to be added to Murray’s Cheese email list. Murray’s Cheese sends occasional emails to the email list. The Entrant can opt out of these emails anytime and Murray’s Cheese will never share Entrant’s information with any third parties.
11. All required information must be provided to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or email address that submits more than maximum allowed entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledge or returned. By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, email address and other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and for other purposes as set forth below.
