PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The h.h. gregg New Year’s ReSolution Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is an online Daily Sweepstakes (the “Daily Sweepstakes”); and an online Grand Prize Sweepstakes (the “Grand Prize Sweepstakes”). The Promotion begins on 12/28/12 at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ends on 1/7/13 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (“Promotion Period”). There will be Daily Sweepstakes winners for each Day of the Promotion Period as further described below to be determined by random drawing from among all eligible entries received for each Day. A “Day” is defined as a consecutive twenty-four hour time period during the Promotion beginning at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ending at 11:59:59 PM (ET). There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) First Prize winner in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, and the Grand Prize and First Prize winners will be determined by random drawing at the conclusion of the Promotion from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.



HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion.

Facebook Entry. To enter the Promotion via Facebook, go to www.facebook.com/hhgregg (“Facebook Page”); “Like” the h.h. gregg Facebook Page; then click on the Facebook Application and follow the instructions to complete the registration to enter. Becoming a Facebook user, indicating that you “Like” the h.h. gregg Facebook Page and registration into the Sweepstakes is free, but is subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions of use of www.facebook.com. Direct any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes to Sponsor, not Facebook.
Website Entry. Alternatively, you may enter at the Sponsor’s Website by going to www.hhgregg.com/fitness; and then follow the instructions to complete the registration to enter.

Daily Sweepstakes - You must enter each Day of the Daily Sweepstakes to be included in the Daily random drawing. Non-winning Daily Sweepstakes entries will not rollover into subsequent Daily Sweepstakes random drawings. Grand Prize Sweepstakes – Upon completion of a Daily Sweepstakes entry – you will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. You will only receive one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry into the Promotion and such entry will be submitted upon successful completion of your first Daily Sweepstakes entry. Limit one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry per person/email address for the Promotion.



SHARE-WITH-A-FRIEND BONUS SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: You have the option of sharing an h.h. gregg video via Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Pinterest to obtain additional bonus entries into the Daily Sweepstakes. You may only earn the bonus Sweepstakes entry via the Sweepstakes link provided on the Facebook Page and/or Website. To earn a bonus Daily Sweepstakes entry, an entrant will click the “link” button on the Facebook Page or Website, and then follow the instructions to share the video link via one (1) or more social media outlets. You may share the video as many times as you’d like using the social media outlets, but limit one (1) bonus Daily Sweepstakes entry person/email address, per Day for the first valid sharing activity that is completed each Day. Limit three (3) Daily Sweepstakes entries per person/email address, per Day: one (1) from online Website entry; one (1) from Facebook entry; and one (1) from bonus Daily Sweepstakes entry. Maximum of three (3) Daily Sweepstakes entries per person/email address, per Day in the Promotion.



In the event of a dispute regarding entries, any entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the Facebook account/email address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to a Facebook account/email address by a Facebook/Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may not participate with multiple Facebook accounts/e-mail addresses, nor may entrants use any device or artifice to enter multiple times per Day or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple Facebook accounts/e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to enter multiple times per Day will be disqualified from participation in the Promotion and all entries submitted by that entrant will be void. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.



ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of h.h. gregg Appliances, Inc., its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where otherwise prohibited.



RANDOM DRAWING: Daily Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about the next business day from among all eligible entries received from all methods combined by that Day’s entry deadline (see rule # 1) by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Promotion, whose decisions are final and binding. Non-winning Daily entries will not rollover into any subsequent Daily drawings. One (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) First Prize winner in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing on or about 1/8/13 from among all eligible entries received in the Promotion by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Promotion, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email at Sponsor’s discretion.

Odds of winning a Daily Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received each Day from all methods combined. Odds of winning the Grand Prize or First Prize depend on total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
