Eligibility:

This Lazydays’ GO Outside and Play Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of LDRV Holdings Corp. d/b/a Lazydays as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and is void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.
Sponsor of Contest:

The Sponsor of the contest is LDRV Holdings Corp. d/b/a Lazydays, 6130 Lazy Days Boulevard, Seffner, Florida 33584.
Agreement To Official Rules:

Participation, as defined below, constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Promotion Period:

The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on January 15, 2013, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor is the official time-keeper for the Sweepstakes.
How to Participate:

During the Promotion Period, Entrant’s may visit LazydaysOutfitters.com/GoOutside and follow the Sweepstakes link to complete and submit the official entry form, which will require that a valid e-mail address be provided. Sponsor will disqualify entries that do not include a valid e-mail address on the official entry form.

Entrant’s may enter the Sweepstakes only once and only during the Promotion Period.

Multiple Entrants may not share the same e-mail address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different e-mail addresses, identities, and logins, or any other method, will void the entry and Sponsor will disqualify that Entrant.

Sponsor prohibits the use of any automated system to participate and will disqualify any Entrant using such a system. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which Sponsor will disqualify. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, Sponsor will deem the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the address submitted by the Entrant. Sponsor may require the winner to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
The Grand Prize:

One (1) Grand Prize of a 2012 SylvanSport GO with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $8,000 together with the following items: 2 Gerber Steady Tool knives (ARV $64 each); 2 Eddie Bauer First Ascent MicroTherm jackets (ARV $199 each); Gregory Savant 58 backpack for men (ARV $199); Gregory Sage 45 backpack for women (ARV $189); Gregory Alpaca luggage (ARV $399); 2 Black Diamond Apollo Lanterns (ARV $50 each), 2 Black Diamond Distance trekking poles (ARV $100 each); 2 Black Diamond Spot Headlamps (ARV $40 each); Big Agnes Gun Creek sleeping bag (ARV $160); Big Agnes Slavonia sleeping bag (ARV $160) and a Yakima Rocketbox Pro 14 roof rack (ARV $439). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Grand Prize may not be exactly as shown in any brochure or on any promotional website and is based on manufacturers’ availability. There will be no more than one winner.

The Grand Prize is awarded AS-IS. SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, LEGAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION LAWS), OR NON-INFRINGEMENT AS REGARDS TO THE GRAND PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENTS OF THE GRAND PRIZE. MANUFACTURER’S STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY WILL APPLY. AS SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THIS DISCLAIMER IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Grand Prize should become unavailable for any reason.

Winner is solely responsible for all costs and fees associated with the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to, title, license, tags, vehicle registration, liability/property damage insurance, and federal state and local sales, luxury, use, or other taxes, as well as any travel or transportation costs associated with transferring and/or winning of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will be delivered at Sponsor’s location listed above.
Random Prize Drawing:

Sponsor will award the Grand Prize by random drawing to be held on January 21, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at Sponsor’s location. Grand Prize winner will be notified via e-mail. If the Grand Prize winner is not eligible, unable to be contacted, or does not reply within ten (10) days, alternate winners, from a list of alternates drawn the same day as the Grand Prize winner, will be notified until the Grand Prize is awarded to an eligible winner.

THE POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO SPONSOR’S VERIFICATION. SPONSOR’S VERIFICATION DECISION IS FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL VERIFICATION IS COMPLETED AND SPONSOR SENDS NOTICE TO THE POTENTIAL WINNER OF COMPLETION OF THE VERIFICATION.

To claim the prize, the potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release Form within ten (10) days of the date Sponsor gives notice of winning.
Taxes and IRS Rules:

Each winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local income and excise taxes, fees, assessments, license, insurance, registration, and any other expenses of any kind related to the acceptance or use of the prize.

At the time of the commencement of the Sweepstakes, federal law requires that corresponding tax withholding on prize values of $5,000 or greater must be collected from winners upon award and distribution. Federal and state withholding laws are subject to change without notice. Winners will be required to provide a social security number for tax reporting purposes, as Sponsor will file IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service. The withholding laws in effect at the time the prize is claimed will be followed.
Release:

By entering the Sweepstakes, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, attorneys, agents, and independent contractors (to be referred to in these Rules as “the Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury and damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Publicity:

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s, its agents’, and its promotional partners’ uses of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions:

All prize details not described herein are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Use of Sweepstake Entrant’s Personal Information:

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (http://lazydays.com/privacy.html). As permitted by law, each Entrant agrees that Sponsor may share his/her entry information (including, but not limited to, name, address, e-mail address, etc.) with promotional partners and other parties. By entering this promotion, Entrant grants Sponsor, its promotional partners, and other third parties, with whom Sponsor chooses to share Entrant’s information with pursuant to its Privacy Policy, permission to contact Entrant about upcoming promotions, product and service offerings, or other marketing and promotional purposes via e-mail and other means even if Entrant is on a do-not-call or do-not-e-mail list.
Governing Law/Jurisdiction/Disputes:

Entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Circuit Court located in Hillsborough County, Florida; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Administrator in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed the laws of the State of Florida without reference to choice-of-law rules.
Limitations of Liability:

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in cellular networks, phone lines, or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible.
