The Win A $1,500 Shopping Spree Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 12/03/12 and ends at 9:59 AM (ET) on 1/7/13 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period").

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 and older and who have a valid email address at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) of same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter. To enter, visit www.Saks.com/sweepstakes and follow all online entry instructions to complete and submit the entry form during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Limit: one (1) online entry per person per email address per day regardless if entrant has more than one email address or if more than one person uses the same email address. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received in a given day, only the first entry received from a particular individual email account will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter in a given day will be disqualified. Online entries must be received by 9:59 AM ET on 1/7/13. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Prize/Approximate Retail Value: One (1) Grand Prize: $1,500 Shopping Spree will be awarded as a $1,500.00 Saks Fifth Avenue Gift Card ("Gift Card"). Gift Card is for promotional purposes only without money or other value given in exchange. It is non-transferable and not a coupon for discounts or markdowns. Gift Card is redeemable for Saks Fifth Avenue stores, Off 5th Stores, Saks.com and telephone purchases only. Gift Card cannot be redeemed as payment for purchases of gift card(s) or as an adjustment to prior purchases. Gift Card may not be returned, redeemed for cash or used as payment on or credit to Saks Fifth Avenue credit card accounts. No credit or cash given for unused portion. Purchases made with Gift Card are not eligible for Saks gift card promotions or SaksFirst points. Merchandise Credit, LLC issues the Gift Card, which will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 1/16/13 by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Potential winner will be notified via mail/e-mail. If mailing address is not available, potential winner will be notified by email to obtain his/her mailing address. Three attempts will be made to contact the potential winner within a 14 day period. If the potential winner fails to respond within the 14 day period, or if the e-mail attempt is consistently returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. (Entrants are responsible for notifying Sponsor of changes in e-mail addresses.) When the potential winner's mailing address has been obtained, he/she will be notified via Federal Express delivery. Potential winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") which must be notarized and returned within 14 days of date printed on notification or an alternate winner will be selected. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute and return Affidavit/Release on minor's behalf. If prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable or if prize is forfeited, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing.
