NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

Eligibility: The December/January StyleWatch Giveaways Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees TI Media Solutions Inc. (the “Sponsor”), People Magazine, a division of Time Inc. and their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations.

Entry: Method #1: To enter, visit www.peoplestylewatch.com/giveaways and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/14/12 and 11:59 PM (ET) on 01/07/13 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Online entrants will be entered into the prize drawing(s) that s/he selects on the online entry form. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. If an online entrant does not select a specific prize drawing s/he wishes to enter, such entrant will be entered in all prize drawings. Limit: One online entry per person or email address per day. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Method #2: To enter via US mail, mail a postcard with your name and address to: The StyleWatch “December/January StyleWatch Giveaways" Sweepstakes, c/o The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625-2437. Each postcard must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between 11/14/12 and 01/07/13 and received by 01/14/13. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail/entries.

Prizes/Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Two (2) First Prizes: A Badgley Mischka bag (ARV: $295.00 each); Five (5) Second Prizes: A Tacori pair of earrings (ARV: $240.00 each); Five (5) Third Prizes: A $196 Splendid gift card (ARV: $196.00 each); Five (5) Fourth Prizes: An $88 Victoria’s Secret gift card (ARV: $88.00 each); Three (3) Fifth Prizes: Prada Holiday Gift Set (ARV: $108.00 each); Four (4) Sixth Prizes: A Lorac makeup set (ARV: $89.00 each). Total ARV of all prizes: $3,890.00. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries, estimated at: 5:94,000 for a Second, Third and Fourth Prize; 2:94,000 for a First Prize; 3:94,000 for a Fifth Prize; 4:94,000 for a Sixth Prize.

Random Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible online and mail-in entries received per prize drawing. Mail-in entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period will be entered into all prize drawings. Random drawings will be conducted on or about 01/21/13 at the offices of US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. All winners will be notified by U.S. mail and/or email. Prizes will be awarded within 4-6 weeks after winner verification. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who must execute any required documents on the winner’s behalf. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable except to a surviving spouse. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner are responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize except that each merchandise prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty (if any). Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution is permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, provincial and sales and income taxes. Entry and acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winners’ names, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Limit: one prize per household.

General: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company and the Sponsor, and release the Sponsor and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of any prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize.

Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of any merchandise prize except that such prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty.

Entry Deadline/Sweepstakes Closing Date. To be eligible to win any prize offered in this Sweepstakes, your entry must be received by the applicable entry dates stated above. If there is no Entry Deadline stated, your entry must be received by the Final Sweepstakes Closing Date of 01/07/13.
