Participation in the VIZIO® Touchdowns For TVs Sweepstakes Official Rules(the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States, eighteen (18) years of age or older and residing in the United States at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of VIZIO, Inc., (“Sponsor”) its subsidiaries and its advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes: 1) Visit https://www.facebook.com/vizio during the promotion period and click on the “VIZIO TDs for TVs” link; 2) Become a fan of VIZIO by clicking the “Like” button; and 3) Complete and submit the Official Entry Form by filling out your full legal name, age, and valid e-mail address. The participant must complete the Official Entry Form with all required information for the entry to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address per day. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning an email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. With submission of entry, the participant will receive promotional or marketing-related emails from Sponsor. The participant may opt out of receiving marketing communications from Sponsor by unsubscribing using the link on any email received from Sponsor, or by replying to an email received from Sponsor and putting the word "unsubscribe" in the subject or body of the email. By entering the Sweepstakes, the participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends at 11:59 pm EST on Monday, January 1, 2013 (“Promotion Period”). The anticipated 2012 football games taking place during the Promotion Period are as follows:
 October 7th, 14th, 21st;
 November 4th, 11th, 15th, 25th; and
 December 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th.
In the event that any games are cancelled for any reason, including, but not limited to, lockout, strike, or other work stoppage, Sponsor shall not be obligated to conduct drawings or award any prizes in connection with the cancelled game(s).
Prize(s): One (1) VIZIO 60” Class Razor LEDTM Smart TV model E601I-A3 (“Prize”) will be awarded to each winner for every touchdown scored by Steve Johnson during a football game during the Promotion Period as described above. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $999.99. The ARV of electronic prizes may fluctuate and change between the date of commencement of the Sweepstakes and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein or at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. The winner(s) will be solely responsible for all: (i) federal, state and/or local taxes, and (ii) other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize. The winner(s) will be

required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with his or her social security number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Sponsor in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize. Such winnings of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS.
The prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Selection of Winner(s)/Odds of Winning: One winner will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor for every touchdown scored by Steve Johnson during a football game. The number of winners chosen in each game will depend on the number of touchdowns scored by Steve Johnson in each respective game. In the event that Steve Johnson does not score a touchdown in a particular game, there will be no random drawing and no winner will be announced for that game. Non-winning entries do not carry forward to, and are not eligible for subsequent drawings. In the event that Steve Johnson does not score any touchdowns during the entire duration of the Promotion Period, one (1) winner will be selected for one (1) Prize in a random drawing by Sponsor on January 4, 2012. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of touchdowns scored by Steve Johnson scores in each game. A person may only win once during the entire duration of the Promotion Period. The winner(s) will be posted on www.facebook.com/vizio and notified by email to the address provided on the Official Entry form on or about three days after each game in which Steve Johnson scores a touchdown. As a condition to receiving the prize, the winner(s) must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release within three (3) days from the date of notification by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited. In addition, the winner(s) must, if requested, provide Sponsor with his or her social security number and a valid government issued photo identification. In the event that the winner(s): (i) cannot be contacted (e.g. the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable), (ii) fails to complete and timely return the required documents or (iii) is declared ineligible for failure to comply with these Official Rules, then the winner(s) will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will arrange for the prize to be delivered to the winner’s destination of choice within the fifty United States beginning November 9, 2012. However, the number of days in transit is not guaranteed and depends on the final destination. Sponsor is not liable for any loss, delay or misdelivery of the prize. The winner must provide his or her social security number for tax reporting purposes in order to receive the prize.
General Conditions: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. By participating in this Sweepstakes or accepting any prize, the participant grants Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, shareholders, sponsors and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, assigns, and any other organizations related to the Sweepstakes (“Released Party”) the right to use the participant’s name, statements, voice, likeness, photographs and biographical information for promotional, advertising, and/or publicity purposes in any medium worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, the participant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold the Released Party harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses, or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize, or parts thereof, including, without limitation, (i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, special, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) misdirected or delayed mail or e-mail; (ii) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes

to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Sweepstakes or possession of the prize; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the systems required to conduct the Sweepstakes or operate the Sponsor web site, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participants, shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and governed by these Official Rules and California law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules or cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time, in its sole discretion.
