Eligibility: The Donna Karan New York “Golden Getaway” Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (U.S.), age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, outside the U.S., in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of TI Media Solutions Inc. (the "Sponsor"), The Donna Karan Company LLC, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Entry: There are 2 ways to enter.

Method #1: Visit goldengetawaysweeps.com and follow all entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Online entries must be received between Friday, December 14, 2012 at 12:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) and Monday, January 14, 2013 at 11:59pm ET, (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Upon registering, entrants will have the opportunity to share/or refer the Sweepstakes with others by publishing a post to their own Facebook wall or by Tweeting. For every referee that enters by clicking through the shared link via Facebook post, the referrer will receive one (1) additional bonus entry for each friend that enters the Sweepstakes. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Limit: one online entry per person or email address per day. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Method #2: Mail a postcard, including your name and complete address to: The Donna Karan New York “Golden Getaway” Sweepstakes, c/o The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co., 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625. Each postcard must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between Friday, December 14, 2012 and Monday, January 14, 2013, and received by Monday, January 21, 2013. Mail-in entrants will be entered into all of the prize drawings. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries.

Prizes/Approximate Retail Values ("ARV")/Odds: There will be one (1) Grand Prize trip for two (2), Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest, to Los Angeles, California and will include the following:

Two (2) outdoor bleacher seats to watch the red carpet arrivals at a star-studded red carpet experience, which will take place on date specified by the Sponsor and is currently scheduled for January 2014. Round-trip transfers to/from the star-studded red carpet experience will be included.

Airfare: Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) individuals (the winner and a guest) from closest major airport to the winner’s residence as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Round-trip airport transfers in Los Angeles will also be included. Winner and travel companion/guest must travel on same itinerary. Airline restrictions apply.

Hotel Accommodations: A 3-day/2-night stay for two (2) individuals (one standard room with double occupancy or one deluxe room with single occupancy) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, in Los Angeles, California. Some restrictions may apply. Advance reservations are required.

Pre-trip series of personal training sessions for winner.

Red carpet makeover for winner and guest. Makeover to include hair styling & make-up application pre-red carpet experience.

Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received, but is estimated at 1:10,000.

Random Drawing: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, January 28, 2013 from among all eligible entries received. It will take place at the offices of The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final.

Grand Prize winner will be confirmed via email and/or phone, and will be required to sign and return, within ten (10) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, a W-9 Form and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases"). Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected.

If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute and return Affidavit/Release on minor’s behalf.

Prize Conditions: All travel related expenses for ground transportation to and from home, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, airport surcharges, departure taxes, hotel, resort or property fees, food & beverage and personal expenses such as telephone/Internet charges, and gift shop purchases are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Winner and travel companions must travel on same itinerary. Winner and travel companions must have valid photo ID prior to departure. Prize must be used on dates specified or prize will be forfeited. Exact event dates are yet to be announced and are subject to change. Winner and travel companion must have valid photo ID prior to departure. Airline regulations apply. Ground transportation will be substituted for air travel if Grand Prize winner lives within one-hundred (150) miles of Los Angeles, CA at Sponsor’s discretion. Actual value of the trips depends on location of winner, airfare and room rates at time of stay. If actual value of trip is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent of choice.

Travel is subject to availability and Grand Prize must be redeemed on date specified by the Sponsor and is currently scheduled for January, 2014 unless postponed as described in Prize Conditions below.

All hotel reservations are based on availability and all holidays are excluded. Accommodations are subject to availability at time of reservation. Blackout dates, advance booking requirements and travel restrictions may apply. Availability is subject to factors such as weather, seasonality and space availability. Reservations are subject to availability. If weather affects the ability for winner and his/her guest to redeem any portion of prize during the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the prize package minus the unused portion of prize. If for any reason whatsoever, winner and/or guests are unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest must comply with any security procedures or measures imposed by the Event and/or its representatives. Sponsor and/or the Event reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend or cancel a winner’s and/or guest’s attendance at Event due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. Entrants acknowledge that the Event is beyond the control of the Sponsor and is subject to being rescheduled, modified or canceled. If Event is postponed, canceled or has occurred prior to winner confirmation, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner other than to supply a trip to Los Angeles, CA minus the Event portion of the prize. Should this be the case, the prize must be taken within 12 months from the cancelation notification date. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner’s guest must be legal U.S. resident and must complete and return a Liability/Publicity/Travel Release within ten (10) days of Grand Prize winner notification. If the Winner’s guest is a minor, the Parent or Legal Guardian must sign Liability/Publicity/Travel Release on behalf of the minor prior to any travel.

If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules that winner will be disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing.

Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable or transferable. No substitution is permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. No cash in lieu of prizes and no exchange or substitution of prizes, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility.

The red carpet experience outdoor bleacher seat tickets are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets are subject to complete terms and conditions. In the event that the red carpet experience does not take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption or postponement, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor's sole responsibility will be to award the remaining portion of the Grand Prize and no additional substitution or compensation will be provided.

Grand Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize. Grand Prize winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.

Winner acknowledges that the Official Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered, except that each merchandise prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty (if any).

Disputes: Each Entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and those working on its behalf The Donna Karan Company LLC, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as their employees, officers, directors, members, managers, and agents of each, and their successors and assigns from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability, either at law or equity, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, that may arise from or in any way relate to any Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, Sponsor’s use of the Entry or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York regardless of principles of conflicts of laws that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
