ENTRY PERIOD: This promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. central time on Friday, January 04, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. central time on Friday, January 11, 2013.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Rhode Island, and Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and/or directors (and members of the immediate families or households of such individuals) of Sponsor, any promotional partners, and their parent companies, distributors, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries, and licensed retailers of the contest’s promotional partners, advertising agencies and other agencies, are not eligible. Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: Enter online at www.dillards.com/kors010413 during the entry period and complete all the required information on the online form. Limit one entry per email address for the contest. To be eligible, entry forms must be completed no later than 11:59 p.m. central time on January 11, 2013. Any entry that fails to include all the information required will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and no entries will be acknowledged or returned. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, or misdirected entries. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account.

You may also enter by mailing a 3x5 postcard with your name, address and phone number to: Dillard’s Michael Kors Online Contest /Attention ADV/1600 Cantrell Road/Little Rock, AR 72201. All mailed entries must be received by January 11, 2013.

On your entry form, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails from Sponsor or its promotional partners. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the contest (you may opt out).

If there is a dispute about the identity of a participant entering via the Internet, only the entry of the authorized e-mail account holder at the time of submission will be accepted. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Each participant may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entries. All Internet entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account, which may be identified by reverse domain name search.

WINNER SELECTION: One(1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from the pool of all eligible entries on or about January 12, 2013. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor and all decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

PRIZES: Each winner will receive one (1) Michael Kors bag, valued at up to $598 each. In the case of unavailability of the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution of prizes except at Sponsors sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes, and any expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize and not specified herein will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION: The winner will be contacted via telephone, U.S. Mail, or e-mail. Sponsor cannot be responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. Winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release within 10 business days of responding to the notification. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, the prize will be awarded to another eligible entrant. Winner must consent to the use of his/her name and likeness for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree that no claim relating to any damage, loss or injury resulting from computer, online, human, telephone or technical malfunctions; altered, illegible, late, lost or misdirected entries; participating in the sweepstakes or acceptance and use of a prize shall be asserted against Sponsor, any participating promotional partner (or any of their affiliates) and agencies, or their respective parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders, employees or agents. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor, any promotional partner, or any of their affiliates, or their respective parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders, employees or agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind caused, or claimed to be caused, by acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.

CONDUCT: The Official Rules will be posted at www.dillards.com/kors010413 throughout the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it find tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately alter or damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant or individual to the fullest extent of the law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Neither Sponsor nor any promotional partner is responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error that might occur in the processing or submissions in the promotion. Neither Sponsor nor any promotional partner assumes responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Neither Sponsor nor any promotional partner is responsible for any problems with or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems with or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this promotion.
